I cant delete all my accounts

I have many account but can log in only to one I want delete another, but there is issue Cant delete anyone Please help me

Have the others been limited?

Only its against paypal rules to have more than 2 accounts and you can only have 2 if x1 is personal and the other x1 a business account.

Advice is voluntary.
