I cannot close my account that I accidentally turned into a business account

I just set up a new account but I accidentally turned it into a business account. Since there isn’t actually a business, I have no business credentials. How can I close the account without entering the credentials I don’t have?

But it says you are posting from a personal account.

To request a downgrade to a personal account, contact customer service:

1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us

2. Scroll down to click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option after the “Common Issues” section.
