I am trying to change a password for another PayPal account I have after forgetting it. Unfortunately, when I try to enter my email for the "Forgot Password?" prompt, I keep getting an error message. I am certain the account still exists because I cannot add it to this PayPal account. I was wondering if PayPal could reset this for me so I can keep using my old account.
Attached are images that prove an account with my email exist, and the prompt I get after inserting the same email into the reset password page.
