I can't login to Paypal with my phone. Are there problems today with Paypal?

Hi,

When I log in to my Paypal account on my mobile, I get a strange graphic that I have never seen before.

Is there a problem with Paypal today?

I have attached the graphic that apears.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your account.  If you are facing issues logging in via PayPal App, please check your internet connection, try closing the backgrounds Apps, and enable the location in your device. If you are still facing the same issues, please uninstall and re-install the PayPal App. Have you tried to login by resetting the password? Here is how you an reset the password.
