I can’t log in as the system is stuck on authentication

I was in the process of buying through PayPal but am stuck on authenticating because I cannot answer the phone ( not at home ). Can’t get out of this page to change number to my mobile

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
