I am trying to log in but i am not getting my security code message on my phone

I cant log in into my account every time i try to get a security code on my phone nothing even when re-sending the code.Also i cant verify my account with email.I changed my password several times in one day cuz i couldn't access my account even though the password was correct.

If you are unable to access your PayPal account, it's best to contact us through PayPal website: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us. You can locate the available support option by clicking on the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of our website and then choosing the "Password and account access" issue.
