I am having trouble upgrading my account to business

I am a blogger and I want to upgrade my PayPal account to business so that I can receive money from overseas. As a blogger, what should I fill in,' Product or service keyword', 'Purpose code' and 'Paypal* cc statement name'. Thank You

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! 

With regards to the Purpose Code or Merchant Code, you can select one that is appropriate to your blog. For example, if your blog is primarily regarding gardening, you could select 'Landscaping and Horticulture (780)'. This is something you would be best selecting to fit the market of your own blog! 

For the 'CC PayPal Statement' name, this is the name that will appear on potential buyers' card/bank statements if they purchase something from you. You could name this after your blog or with your business name.
