I accidentally used the wrong information when registering my PayPal account.

Because of this, I couldn't even verify my identity and I couldn't close it. What should I do? This is almost unsolvable.

Yep unsolvable if you added incorrect identification etc information to a legal financial account.

How can you correct something that is 'unsolvable'?

Well, I think so because PayPal's customer service told me that I can "correct" this information.
