How to stop cancellation of my account? // We're initiating closure of your PayPal account

As stated in title. I just made a new PayPal account since i have moved to The Netherlands one year ago, and after updating all my information (with ID photo included) i got an automatic mail message that my account is going to be deleted soon. How can I appeal?
I'd also like to add, that besides that information sent me by email, i cannot see any other indicator about account cancellation on my dashboard, but i cannot also see my money which i transferred with iDEAL.

Thank you for your post. Another thing you'll need to consider is that the email may not be legitimate. Please take a look at this article about spotting a fake email.

Here i deliver the proof that something is not right.
I have also transferred 10€ through iDEAL one week ago and still nothing came to my account. Why is that? Any other kind of customer support is not answering.
Can we make that case clear or should i just close my account and forget about PayPal?

Unfortunately, if a decision has been made to permanently limit your account, this would be final and not something we could change.
You would need to use an alternative payment provider going forward to process online transactions.
Please be assured that we do not take the decision to permanently limit an account lightly and a thorough review would have been completed before doing so.
If you initiated a transfer of funds to your account while the limitation was in place, it would not have processed successfully and, in this case, it would be best to reach out to the sending institution for advice.
