How to open a US paypal business account using foreign (Canadian) bank account?

I'm a Canadian who lives 5.5 months of the year in Arizona. I want to open a US Paypal business account to accept payments for my very legitimate jewelry business. I have an Arizona residence/address. 

I have Canadian bank accounts, both in Canadian & US dollars. I have Canadian $ and US $ credit cards - both issued by Canadian banks.

I'm a longtime user of Paypal, so I have a Canadian Paypal account. 

Paypal doesn't seem to accept any transactions that aren't solely US addresses. So each time I try to do account setup, it only allows USA addresses for the bank. Very frustrating.

Not possible as PayPal accounts are country specific. Can only link US Bank, US based account info with US PayPal account. US banks are the only banks that can be linked to non-US PayPal accounts because PayPal is a US company for use by users with US banks internationally.
