How do I find my Paypal account number? I need it to do my French tax returns.

What the title says. I can't imput my email address as an ID as it doesn't accept the @ symbol. Please help.

1.The email address you use with Paypal identifies your Paypal account and is all someone needs to pay you.
2. Your phone number identifies your Paypal account if using the app.

I did read it and provided the answer, paypal accounts do not have numbers.
