How do I change the @ID beneath your actual NAME?

Somebody has attempted to pull me up in Paypal and, the @ ID is not mine that is beneath my actual name as you see below. I recall running across this a year or two back. It was supposed to have been changed. I see it isn't since they can't pull me up. How do you change this?

3. You may request to speak to an agent in messages or call.
