I do understand your concern with this. PayPal accounts cannot be merged I'm afraid. If you have two accounts, the best thing to do would be to close one of them, preferably the one you don't regularly use. Once one of your accounts is closed, you can add this email address to your remaining account if you wish.
If you cannot access your account, you would need to contact our customer support to request your account to be closed. This can be done by clicking here, or via Facebook and Twitter @AskPayPal.
