Hello,
I tried upgrading to a business account, and wanted to cancel, but there is no cancel option and I cannot go see my account dashboard. I am stuck on the business account creation questionnaire.
You’ll have to contact customer service to request a downgrade to personal account.

2. Scroll down to click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option after the “Common Issues” section.
