Having a second paypal account

please if anyone can help, i have paypal for my business and it's linked to my phone number and email. I now want to set up personal paypal COMPLETELY separate to my business but when i go to set it up it says I already have paypal and won't accept i'm wanting to do a second account. How can i do this please?

As an email address or phone number identifies your paypal account then you can't have the same addy or number for x2 paypal accounts.

You would need to open an account with another email address etc.
