HELP: Change from G&S to family

This is my first time using PayPal and I sent money to cousin and she told me that it charged her because it was sent as 'goods & services'. I've been trying to change it to family but I don't have the option to. Can anyone help?

Sadly you can't change a completed payment.

Even if she sent it back to you the fee she was charged is not returned as part of any refund issued.

Ahh I understand, is there anyway to change it for future reference?

The friends/family option is not available in every country and to be honest I am not sure if its available in yours.

If you click send funds > put in the email address > and it does not show on the next page as an option then its not available for you.

May be xoom would be better in your country, check it out.
