Welcome to the PayPal Community! Are you trying to downgrade your account to a Personal account? If so, you would want to reach out to our Customer Support teams to complete that profile change. You may not be able to your MasterCard if you have the Business Debit Card, but our support teams may be able to help you order a card for your personal account.
