Error When Trying to Add Email Address

I’m trying to add a second email address to my account, but I keep getting the message, “Sorry we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.” I cleared my browser history and cookies, logged out and back in, updated my password, turned off my VPN, tried both Firefox and Brave for desktop, and nothing works. Whenever I click the + to add an email, a window pops up and looks like it’s loading, but it closes, and I still get the same error message every time. I’m in the US.
