Email sent to removed email address

Updated email by adding address X and removed address Y from the Paypal settings (I confirmed the new address). I am still receiving email to the Y address but in the email it states "This email was sent to X". There is something broken in their marketing mailing system. How can I convince Paypal to stop sending email to an address that is not linked to Paypal anymore, or who can I contact to fix this? Thank you

I understand you have recently updated your email address within the PayPal account but continue to receive notices to the old address. I know this can be a frustrating and concerning situation. Please allow at least 24 hours for the email change to take place. You may also want to verify your emails are not being forwarded automatically within your inbox to the other address. Should the issue persist, please contact our specialists for assistance. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.

The new mail arrived over a week after changing the email address. I will contact the links you suggested if another email arrives.
