My friend is unable to confirm his email address on Paypal. His credit info, addresses are confirmed. How do we fix it? The confirmation link doesn't work. Always showing "Page not Found". I also don't see any link or box to put in the confirmation code. I really hope Paypal has chat service instead of calls.
