Editing my birthdate at PayApl acocunt

Hi community PayPal saya ada masalah dimana saya tidak boleh edit semula tarikh lahir saya (tahun lahir yang dimasukkan adalah salah dan x sama seperti dalam IC).Bagaimana saya boleh mengedit semula tahun lahir saya agar saya dapat verify IC saya?
