Downgrade business to personal account

I would like to downgrade my business account back to personnel account. I tried to find information related to this but could not find any useful info

Have to contact customer service to downgrade.

Or just withdraw all the money, remove all cards/bank accts, deactivate all automatic payments and close the account and open a personal account.
