Difficulty in linking my UK account with paypal

please, how do i link my UK account to my PayPal account? 

Because, the only option is linking to US bank account which i dont have.

Your PayPal account is based in Lesotho and cannot link a UK bank account. Link a Visa card or US bank account to receive payments and withdrawal.
