I have a Question. I just turned 18 and Unfortunatly had an paypal account when I was younger. But I dont know the login to my old account anymore. I would like to add my Banking card to paypal but It tells me It has already been used. How do I delete it from my old paypal to my new paypal account
If it was an illegally made underage account then it would probably have been limited and as such you would not be able to remove anything from it.
On top of that if you made an illegal underage account and paypal have limited it then you may not be able to open another paypal account so you would need to check with customer services first.
