Country is correct but nationality is wrong. Is this a problem?

I've just recevied German nationality and lost the Turkish one. In my account settings my nationality is still Trukish. My country of residence has always been Germany and hasn't changed, which is stated correctly in my account settings. Should I attempt to correct my nationality in the settings? If yes, how?

I do understand your concern with this. I can assure you, the nationality on your PayPal account would not effect your account. This is just optional information you can add when you create your PayPal account.
