I want to close my account but paypal is refusing because I have money in there and there is not enough to transfer out. I have asked for a contact email on Facebook as when I am able to contact them, they are not open and I cannot get service.

How can I close my account right now? Their Facebook page where it gave me an option is refusing to let me and not providing any support. Can someone please help me with this? I don't care about the money in there. I just want out.

Send the funds using the friends/family option to a charity OR mate or family member?

Or if not then ask a mate or family member to send funds to your balance to make it up to the amount you can withdraw and then close the account?

Tell them not to fund it via a card or they will be charged a small fee. Use funds in their balance or bank account.
