Closed account but forgot withdraw money

Hi guys, I moved to a new country and closed my old Paypal account then created a new one based on my current location. But...oops...I forgot to withdraw money from my old account before I close it. There are still near $400 in it. Could you guys give me some ideas? Thanks so much.

Are you sure you closed it?

Only you can't close a paypal account that has a + or - balance on it?
