Change the name on a contact

One of my contacts had her name changed fraudulently. She's changed it on her end but on my account is still shows the fraudulent name on my contact. How can I change the contact name on my end back to the correct name?

One thing I would try is to delete your PayPal browser cookies so a new ones can be created.
