Cannot sign up - my phone number seems 'used'

I signed up and then didn't complete that onboarding.

Now i cannot use that phone number to create an account & I can't sign in to anything to delete an account.

I'm stuck in an infinite loop that means when I use this phone number, I get an SMS, verify but then on the next page (enter email/password) then form does not submit

 

How can I get Paypal to fix this

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue logging into your account.  In this type of situation, it's best to give us a call. Once we're able to verify some information with you over the phone, we're able to assist in resolving the issue.
