Hi,
I would like to disable 2-step verification since I'll be changing my mobile number and device and want to set it up from scratch on the new one.
However, when I am logged in to Paypal from my browser, click on Settings > Security and click on 2-step verification, I am asked to setup 2-step verification again. The strange thing is that it is already enabled. Also, if I press "Set it up" after selecting "Text me a code", a new screen comes up and the pull down for the country code is empty. Even if I try to enter my current phone number, the country code is not editable or selectable.
I tried with Chrome and Edge, same results. I even cleared the browsers' cache and history. Still same issue.
Is there a way to disable the 2-step verification please?
Thanks

Hi @RoundWheel
Here is how to turn on or off 2-step verification for PayPal account login.
Here is what to do if you've changed my mobile number and can't log in. If you are still facing any issues, please contact our PayPal customer support.
Thanks
