Cannot Withdraw, says account not verified

i cannot withdraw from my account as my bank says the paypal account is not verified. I hit help and followed the verification steps. It still says account not verified. Please advise

I am sorry to see you are having issues with your account. As @kernowlass suggested, please ensure the funding source you are attempting to withdraw to is confirmed. For more information on this, see: How do I confirm my bank account? (paypal.com). 

Otherwise, you may need to confirm some additional information on your account. 

First of all, please ensure there are no outstanding requests for information on your PayPal Resolution Center. If there is nothing on your Resolution Center, please follow see link: How do I confirm my identity? (CIP) (paypal.com) to check if your account needs to be verified.
