Can someone please enlighten me if there's anything I can do. I called PayPal to discuss me not being able to afford my monthly payment this month but I really couldn't understand the person on the other line. Is there anything PayPal can do to help? Just started a new job and obviously is work a month in hand so I can't afford this months payment. I normally pay through direct debit could I cancel my direct debit and just pay when I got the money or will they start adding late payment fees? Or if I try call again they offer to give me 1 month free of payments? I just need something I really need help just not sure what to do Jade
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
