Can I use a phone bill to verify my account even if the bill is in my parents' name?

Hello everyone and happy holidays!

So basically, my problem is this: Can I use a phone bill to verify my account even if the bill is in my parents' name? I do not have a credit card or a statement to my name yet. Any ideas? Thank you!

Nope a personal account is in your name so you have to verify with documents in your name  which surely you have if you are over 18?

Hi, thank you for your answer! I found a solution, through my bank, so no need for bills. I'm waiting for the documents to be verified by PayPal. Thanks!
