Can I open a business PayPal account in India as a Bangladeshi resident?

Hello there,

I'm originally from Bangladesh, but I'm currently studying in India. So I want to open a business PayPal account in India to accept international payment for my digital marketing-related services.

How can I open a business PayPal account in India and operate?

As a foreigner, can I open a business PayPal account if I have a personal PAN card and bank account in India?

As long as you reside in India, sure. If you move back to Bangladesh, you’ll have to close the account before you leave India.

Please read about completing India KYC which does say that a business PAN is needed to open a Business account.

In this second article on KYC, it is mentioned that the PAN card needs to be linked to the AADHAR card.

As far as I know, foreigners can get only the PAN card; they are not eligible for the Adhar card.

So, how could it be possible to verify a PayPal business account?
