I need to set up different email addresses to use with different credit/debit cards.

Can I have more than one PayPal account using different email addresses?

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts maximum and only then if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business HOWEVER you can normally link up to 8 email addresses on each paypal account.
