We have a C corporate registered in the U.S.
The beneficial owner of it is a foreigner with no SSN/ITIN
The company does have EIN
The beneficial owner resides out of the U.S., thus doesn't have U.S. home address.
However, the company does have a U.S. bank account and credit card.
The company does have a U.S. business address and a registered agent.
Can the company sign up for a PayPal business account?
Can it use the last 4 digits of the EIN instead of SSN?
Can it used the business address instead of home?
Can it provide a bank statement as a proof of address?

Hi @SOwl2022,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! These are all great questions to have. Typically, is a non-US resident is a beneficial owner a passport can be accepted, in place of a SSN. When providing details for a beneficial owner, you will provide their home address. There is a separate section for business information. Good news! We have more in-depth information about what a beneficial owner is and how to verify them. If you still need further assistance with verification, you'll want to contact Customer Support. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message. I hope this helps further.
