Hi, tonight I tried to make a purchase from Etsy. After logging on to PayPal / password as my form of payment, it kept saying my address was incorrect,.
so I couldn’t make the purchase. Have I been hacked? My address has never changed. Am really worried. Please advise
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'd first recommend reviewing what addresses you have on your PayPal account to make sure you don't have any unknown addresses present. If you do, you can report that Unauthorized Account Activity via the Resolution Center. If you do not, I'd recommend double checking that the address you're inputting is the correct address. Sometimes it's just a missed digit or something in the wrong field.
