Account data erasing

I’d like to erase my personal data and delete my account thereafter. But whenever I try to do so, a message “we couldn’t confirm your identity” keeps coming up. What do I do?

Lol, they're making it very hard to delete your account all of the sudden bc social media is freaking out rn about PayPal STEALING YOUR MONEY if they deem you're spreading MiSInFoRMaTiON. PayPal has really **bleep** the pooch on this one. I'm deleting immediately and so are many many others.
