Account - Lost phone number, never verifed.

Hello guys, i want to delete my old account but i cant log in because i dont have the phone number anymore but i have email access. When i try to write to paypall assistant it tells me every time that they dont have agent avaliable at the time. I cant contact the them via phone because my english is too poor for that.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
