HELLO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY LIMITED AND IVE ALREADY GOT MY MONEY AFTER 180 DAYS.
I HAVE NOT DONE ANY ILLEGAL TRANSACTION BUT PAYPAL KEEP ON TELLING ME WE HAVE ALREADY TAKE THE DECISION BUT TILL NOW NO ONE COULD TELL ME WHAT IVE DONE WRONGLY. WELL ANYWAY I WILL CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I WILL BE ABLE TO OPEN A NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH A NEW COMPANY TO CONTINUE DO MY BUSINESS. THANKS
The permanent ban would apply to you and not just that paypal account. So if you try and open any other paypal accounts then paypal will close/limit them as well.
Secondly you can't close a permanently limited account Paypal limits the account to stop you removing anything from it. They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account against their rules.
