i am a buyer not a seller and i have this account from 2009 and without reason limited my account so i ask a paypal from us because in spain they tell me we don t want to work with u and thats it no other explanation i am not a terorist i buy stuff cheaper from internet and i protect my orfers with paypal but this year i have a lot of cases open on paypal because i pay and i don t receive it so yhis is why paypal syop working with me i don t understand so please someone of paypal us or europe telling me what is wromg ,because i see if i don t have cases open everything is fine but when open cases trouble are com in i wait for an answer fro paypal because i don t do nothing only buy things cheaper from internet and ebay thank u
