Please tell me whats the problem , isnt my ID Card enough as a proof of name ?? i uploaded twice , once in october 2015 and today but still nothing . i also sent support lots of messages but i only get automated responses , as i said in a reply on some topic here , my ID card is moroccan and it should be recongnised by you , since morocco is a country that works with paypal too .
please help me lift that limit so i can use my paypal again 🙂 thx
