receiving payments in Guyana

hello everyone, 

I am from Georgetown, Guyana. Guyana is the only official English speaking country in South America. I believe Paypal has limited the features available to me... can I receive payments through PayPal given that I reside in Guyana?

The option to receive / withdraw paypal funds is not available in your country at the moment.

You can only send funds to buy.
