So I'm actually trying to ring to make a payment due to a limitation on the account.

I ring the 08003587911 number from the contact us page and the automated machine states the department is closed.

Slight contradiction to the below which is displayed on the same page as the contact number

For general queries, hours of operations are: 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 9pm Saturday; 9am to 9pm Sunday.

For claims, hours of operation are: 8am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 6.30pm Saturday; 9am to 6.30pm Sunday.

For limitations, hours of operation are: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 6.30pm Saturday; 9am to 6.30pm Sunday.

Does anyone has another number for the collections / limitations department please?
