My account is based in UK i currently stay in Egypt. Skype will not connect with their international number what do i do? When i did finally reach a recorded message iwas told i would wait 18 minutes im still waiting over a week later is it always this bad when you need to speak to a human. The automated emails are sent regardless of your issues you end up sending the same message twice
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
