link mastercard with paypal

Hello

I got a problem and i really need your help , i sent a two message to paypal describing my problem but i got no responding when i try to add my Mastercard it's say "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card" , it's a Prepaid card btw Can you please fix this problem ? and i need to link my card to paypal because i have a business to do but without paypal can't be done

because i can't receive my money causes my country policy (Algeria) i hope you understand my situation and help me i am disappointed..

A lot of pre-paid cards paypal don't accept, try another.

i can't...this card cost me a loot of money and it's too much impossible for me now to get another one remember my country policy
