why is my account limited i really need to send money i cant withdraw because i havent got credit card yet.

ok but i need to unblock it please admins unblock it ..
did you look at the possible reasons from the link? paypal can't just stop your account from being limited. if the reason it's limited is still there.

You need to contact customer services for account issues, no one here can help you.
Also you can't withdraw to a card in the UK, so as you are posting on the UK forum are you actually in the UK?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
