limited account but no verification for the credit or debit card.

In the last steps to provide more information for the limited account to resolve is the credit or debit card verification. It seem I can add the card pretty easily and they don't seem to charge my bank account... So I can't verificate the card and there the status is always on "Waiting for your response". Any tips to solve this case?

Welcome to the PayPal Community. I see you have not had a response from any of our members to date. Maybe I can help.

 

That is strange. Once you successfully add the card you should see an option to then confirm it as this is not an automatic process. To complete the confirmation please follow these steps.

 

  1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Beside 'Debit and credit cards', click Update.
  5. Click Link and Confirm My Card.
  6. Click Save and Continue.

I have done all the steps my card is there but there is no place to enter my paypal code and it just doesnt seem possible to get my account to normal standing again.
