Hi Merendas,

Thanks for posting.

The 'supply additional company information' step usually means that our specialists are trying to get a better understanding of what you sell and what your sales venue is.

In your case, you should click 'resolve' beside that step and explain that you are selling digital items through your Steam profile and on other third party sites (include those links you shared) and that you don't operate a company as such.

I hope this advice helps and please let us know if you need any further assistance with that limitation,

Conor

Hi mahmoudredsea,

Thanks for posting.

It's strange the review of that limitation is taking so long.

Would you consider contacting us on Twitter or Facebook so we can help move things along? We don't have access to your account details on the forum, you see.

We are available 24/7 to answer private messages sent through our Facebook page (http://goo.gl/4BO8de) and respond swiftly to any tweets directed towards @AskPayPal!

Why don't you give this a try?

Conor

Hi,

I still have the same problem.

We were asked to provide details about our business to lift limits on the account.

I completed all requested details even though some of documents were already uploaded before.

When I logged back after few days there was a message that I have to upload proof of business registration again.

Since then I have already uploaded proof of business registration 22 times (PayPal staff you can check my upload document history), sent 8 mails to help desk but no help came back to me. And I'm still stuck on proof of registration step. And money keep addint to PayPal and I'm unable to use them.

PLEASE HELP!

Hi krivosudsky,

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about this.

It does sound like your case is currently in review - I know it may not show this on your PayPal account, but if you have sent documents to us and you have not yet received an email update, your case is most likely still being reviewed.

The review should take no longer than 72 hours if your account is limited, but may be up to 30 days if you can still send and receive money at the moment. If you have been waiting for longer than this, you may want to contact Customer Support by phone so we can assist further. You can find our contact details by clicking the 'Contact' option at the bottom of any page when logged in.

Thanks for your understanding

Sophie
