lift account limit

Hi can anyone help. I have had a payment of £2200 go into my paypal it told me I had to lift my limit as I have exceeded my yearly amount. so I have uploaded all my details id/bank statement. How long does it take them ??. as I have £2200 pending and £300.avavailable but they have limited my account. So i cant touch no money So annoying all I want is my money .

Sorry no idea only customer services can answer that one for you.

It would have been better to have lifted your limits way before you intended receiving a large payment.
